What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Early check-ins and late check-outs may not always be accommodated.
Do you offer breakfast?
Breakfast is not included. However, small complimentary snacks will be stocked in the kitchen.
Can I book a room online?
No. All room bookings can be made by calling or emailing us. You can call Black Horse Inn at 703-628-3877 and leave a message and our Inn Manager will call you back or send us an email at blackhorseinn@themanorsva.com and we will reply.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy for Inn Buyout: In the event of cancellation, for any reason, Black Horse Inn must be notified in writing. In the event of cancellation $500 will be non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy for Room Blocks: Guests may cancel up to 72 hours prior to check-in date or full payment for reservation will be charged.
Do you allow smoking?
Black Horse Inn is non-smoking, however the Inn does have a designated outdoor smoking area. Any violation will result in an automatic $250 fine charged to the credit card on file.
What is your policy on damages?
In the event of excessive damage or cleaning needs, an additional fee will be automatically charged to your card on file upon check-out. Assessment of this fee is at the discretion of the Black Horse Inn.
Do you allow children?
Children of any age are welcome as long as accompanied by an adult.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are not permitted inside Black Horse inn.
