The narrow proportion of the room shapes everything inside it. Tables run long, sight lines are deep, and sound fills the full length before it finds a wall. Configurable lighting and a built-in sound system handle what the band brings.

The suite sits above the ceremony grounds, with a window looking directly down onto the aisle. Full bath, vanity, private entrance. The wedding party preps with the setting already in view.

No walls on the patio interrupt the view from left to right or overhead. The pergola anchors one end for cocktails in shade. Cocktail hours, ceremony transitions, or evening dining all hold here, with the countryside doing the work of the walls.

The room sits apart from the grand ballroom in scale and feel. Small ceremonies or corporate sessions that do not need a stage. It functions because it does not try to be the main room.

Yes. Four ceremony sites are available, including the Grand Ballroom for indoor ceremonies and three outdoor options: the patio with pergola, hilltop lawn, and garden.
What is the guest capacity?
Raspberry Plain Manor accommodates a minimum of 75 guests up to a maximum of 350 guests, or 300 with a dance floor.
What are the ballroom dimensions?
The Grand Ballroom is 83' × 44' and the Small Ballroom is 37' × 29.5'. The Outdoor Patio spans 65' × 50'.
Is there a Getting Ready Suite?
Yes, a Getting Ready Suite is available with a full bathroom, vanity mirror, and natural light. A second Suite is also available with a full bathroom.
What about parking?
The venue offers 150 parking spaces on-site.
Are tables and chairs included?
Gold Chiavari chairs, white resin chairs, and a variety of table sizes are available through our extensive in-house rental inventory. Additional equipment and tabletop items, including linens, china, and glassware, are also available.
Are there overnight accommodations?
Yes. Thompson Farm, a historic 1760 farmhouse conveniently located next to Raspberry Plain Manor, accommodates up to 14 guests across 7 luxury bedrooms (4 King, 2 Queen, and 1 Full), each with an en-suite bath, premium bedding, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. Additional gathering spaces include a kitchen, sitting room, decks, garden, and an attic sitting room with sunset views. Guests can conveniently book their stay through Airbnb.

Yes, the venue has WiFi throughout and central heating and air conditioning.

Gala Cuisine is the exclusive in-house caterer across all Manors venues. Menus are customizable for weddings, corporate events, and private dining.
