How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please check in at the reception desk 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments, so as not to inconvenience other clients.
Should I tell anyone about physical, medical, or allergy concerns?
Upon arrival, you will complete a health history questionnaire to assist your service provider in providing you the best possible experience and to assure your maximum safety and comfort. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience.
What if I have to cancel my appointment?
Should a cancellation be necessary, please notify Poplar Spring Day Spa a minimum of 24 hours ahead of your appointment time. A cancellation with less than 24 hours-notice may result in a charge of all services scheduled. All no-show appointments will be charged at full value. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
What is the best way to make an appointment?

Do you have gift certificates?
Poplar Spring Day Spa gift certificates are always available. Let us know your specific needs when you arrive, and your Spa gift certificate can be prepared by the time of your departure or you can purchase online. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of your service.
Can I bring my children with me?
We ask that children NOT accompany you to your appointment for their safety as well as your and other guests’ relaxation.
Can I use my cellphone when I am at Poplar Springs Day Spa?
To ensure a peaceful, quiet environment for all our guests, cell phone use is not permitted in the spa.
What should I do with my jewelry and other valuables?
Please leave your jewelry and other valuables at home.
What should I bring to the Spa to wear?
We never compromise your modesty. Therapists will only expose the portion of your body that is being treated at the time.
Can I add tips to my credit card?
Tips are greatly appreciated by our service providers. Tips may be added to your credit card total, or you may add the amount to your check or pay with cash.
Can I purchase a series of services?
With the purchase of a series of five of any of our facials and massages services, the sixth is our gift to you.
