We had the most amazing experience at Poplar Springs Manor. It is a beautiful property with an expert staff. The food through Gala Cuisine was great. There were so many options to choose from and everything was delicious. Chef Aimee did a great job for dinner and breakfast the next morning. Fredis, our banquet captain organized everything well. The bridal and groom suites provided a perfect space for getting ready. Gustavo, the property manager was so sweet to work with and made sure the bridesmaids had everything we needed on the morning of the wedding. We cannot say enough amazing things about our coordinator, Lindsay. She did a spectacular job communicating with us throughout the wedding process and on wedding day. She was attentive, organized, and super helpful. She executed all of our requests and made sure our day ran smoothly and we were well taken care of. She was an absolute joy to work with. We recommend Poplar as a wedding venue.

Our wedding was perfect from start to finish. Our wedding coordinator Amy was amazing, so easy to work with, super sweet and accommodating. She answered all my questions along the planning process, and she brought great energy the day of.
She always had a smile on her face and she was calm cool and collected. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.

We went with Foxchase for its proximity to our area, large ballroom space for our guests and a very good dance floor. Sammy was very understanding of our requirement and was great to work with. We had to reschedule the event to a later date and Sammy was very flexible and worked with us to make the process easy. Abigail was our event coordinator and she was very friendly and easy to work with. She and her team handled all the coordination efficiently and the support they provided helped our family focus on hosting the event and ensured the event went smoothly. After visiting a couple different venues we EASILY made our decision of booking Foxchase Manor for not just one but two wedding events. We had worked with the staff at Foxchase Manor 2 years prior for my sisters wedding and had such a great experience that we had to come back. My wedding coordinator, Lindsay Robeson was super helpful! Starting from the walkthrough of the venue up until the wedding day, Lindsay was always available to help. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and was able to make all the changes that I wanted to ensure our day would be as special as possible. Poplar Springs Manor was the venue of my dreams! It is gorgeous inside and out. They also have an Inn on site you can rent out and the Carriage House can provide a brunch the following morning, which elevated our wedding weekend! Our day-of coordinator Lindsay and her assistant Laia were great. They helped keep everything on time and ensured all the details I wanted were accomplished - like providing lights and props for the dance floor at the end of the night & making sure my flower arrangements made it to the morning brunch.

Lindsay Robeson, Rocio, Aisha Hatami and entire Foxcase Manor team went above and beyond to meet our expectations. We celebrated our 25th Anniversary Reception (vows renewal) February 25 2023. Lindsay and Rocio was there all the time and they made sure everything is ok . If you are looking for top notch ballroom for your event with good customer service we highly recommend this place.

My wife and I just had our rehearsal dinner and wedding this week at Poplar Springs Manor. It was all that we dreamed of and more. Our 3 biggest concerns in booking a venue were: A place that had not just a beautiful spot for the ceremony (but also a great indoor backup), a place that had somewhere for guests to stay not too far away, and a venue that had lots of Virginia character. Poplar Springs met and exceeded all of our criteria. Our bridal party and immediate family stayed at The Inn on the night of the rehearsal dinner, and of the wedding. We were so thankful to be able to have extra time with our loved ones after both of those events. We received multiple compliments about how convenient it was to be able to walk from the manor house to the inn (barely 100 yards). There ended up being a lot of rain the night of our rehearsal dinner, so we had to pivot and have the dinner and our wedding ceremony inside. Poplar Springs has so much character that both events ended up going so beautifully inside that we couldn’t believe we had had it planned any other way initially. We just had an absolute perfect week because of Poplar Springs Manor and all of their staff. Absolutely zero complaints about anything. Now on to our coordinator Kristin. Kristin was our coordinator provided to us by Poplar Springs Manor. I absolutely can’t imagine getting through these last two months/ this week without her help. She was an absolute joy to work with. We were already excited to get married at Poplar Springs, but she gave us so much good insight and advice about how to make our wedding flow perfectly, and be super memorable. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She helped us with every detail imaginable, all while being super kind, funny, and down to earth. Even though our families and us gave her every reason to pull her hair out due to stress, she went above and beyond with everything that we asked of her- staying calm, cool, and collected the whole time. She handled every potential issue that we thought of, and handled dozens of other things far before we could even think of them becoming issues. The wedding 100% would not have been the same without her. We could not have been more thankful to have had our wedding at Poplar Springs Manor, with Kristin as our coordinator. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who asks.

I got married at Foxchase Manor a month ago and I'm very happy with my overall experience. We worked with Shayla from the venue and she was very helpful and responsive. The outdoor ceremony and indoor reception was beautiful and our guests still talk about how much fun they had. One of the biggest draws for us was providing our own alcohol. Hotel and other wedding venues charge a set price per person for open bar with a set selection. We know our guests and what they drink so it was great to be able to get it all from DC Costco and return what we didn't open (major cost savings!). One drawback is the mandatory AV vendor you must use. Our DJ provides AV in his package so it was a bummer we couldn't utilize his full services but Royal AV was great to work with. They were detailed and responsive, the sound system was awesome, and they offered a variety of lighting options. Angad from Royal AV joined us during our walk through and gave us a thorough rundown of their operations for the day of. Our DJ had no trouble working with their system and in some ways it was easier since they have so much experience at the venue. Definitely check out Foxchase Manor when searching for your wedding venue!

Our experience with Poplar Springs was phenomenal. The venue is breathtaking to say the least, and their team really worked with us to accommodate all requests. Our month-of coordinator, Tori, was nothing short of amazing. She was patient, professional, organized and attentive. On our wedding day, Tori made sure our guests were taken care of, and that our event ran smoothly from start to finish. She truly didn’t miss a beat! As soon as I saw Rose Hill Manor, I fell in love with how beautiful it was! This was exactly the type of venue we were looking for for our Leesburg wedding. We appreciated that so much was included in the package which helped on the planning & coordinating end. While there were a few miscommunications along the way, everyone at Rose Hill was quick to reach out and get things figured out each time. We feel lucky that we got to work with Dawn as our month-of-coordinator. She was very knowledgeable, handled everything and kept the day running smoothly! Rose Hill is so beautiful both inside and outside! We had our ceremony and cocktail hour outside on the back patio which worked out great. The reception was inside the ballroom which was beautifully set up. Dawn handled all of the set-up & coordination with our other vendors. The food was yummy and all of the staff that was there on our wedding day was great! All-in-all, we had a perfect wedding day at Rose Hill Manor!

We chose Raspberry Plain Manor for our 2025 wedding because of three main points: 1. It's in a beautiful part of Leesburg, VA, 2. The venue provides the majority of vendor needs, and 3. Nicholas Suarez was the most helpful coordinator/consultant. We had an initial call with Nicholas and within a couple of days, we were able to envision our wedding day. He sent us PDFs on the spot of everything we asked for on the initial call. Then, we visited the venue in person and immediately knew this was where we wanted to host our big day. Again, Nicholas was on top of everything -- we ran through multiple scenarios with him (i.e., different guest counts, table/dance floor set ups, etc.) and he was able to pull up prior examples seamlessly. Lastly, when you're trying to plan such a significant and stressful event, you want someone that is supportive and responsive -- Nicholas exceeds expectations in both of these categories.

I recently had the joy of celebrating my wedding ceremony and reception last month in February at the Foxchase Manor in VA. My husband and I couldn’t be more grateful and blessed to have the most efficient and hard working coordinator by our side. Lindsay Robeson is simply so easy to work, removing stress from the bride and groom in critical times. Over the planning period, Lindsay was by our side to communicate clearly not just to the venue staff, but all the vendors, bringing our vision to life. Lindsay not only made my husband and I feel so welcomed, but our family members felt exactly the same! After the wedding, we heard countless stories/feedback on how well Lindsay attended to all of our family member's request/needs that day. When we toured Poplar Springs Manor for the first time, we knew this was going to be the perfect choice for our wedding. With the tree grove, the pond, the stone house, everything was beautiful and just what we envisioned. We chose to buy out the inn for our closest guests and this was a great choice! Everyone that stayed there had only good things to say about the rooms and the service there. Lindsay was our coordinator, and she was fantastic! She went above and beyond a wedding coordinator's basic functions. She originated so much helpful advice and helped us with all our questions spot on. Within an hour of dropping off the decorations, we didn't even give any direction and half of the items were already in their right place. On the day of, she was everywhere at once and guiding everything along so professionally. Any worry we had was taken care of so smoothly. She really is the star of the Poplar Springs Manor. The food by Gala Cuisine was so delicious! Every single guest was raving about it. It was all served efficiently and in a timely manor. No one was left waiting for long considering the amount of people they had to serve. By the end of the day everything was wrapped up and ready to go almost immediately without a single item missing. We couldn't recommend Poplar Springs enough if you would like to have a magical and stress free wedding day.

This manor is beautiful and is spacious enough for any guest count you may have in mind. The team is a gift because they are very detail oriented, respond quickly, they have all you need, they recommend the best vendors and they are professional. They care genuinely for each request you make, they confirm everything with you and they are on top of everything you may have forgotten to add on your list.

We had our ceremony and reception at Foxchase on 9/17/22. This was actually the first and only venue we visited. From the chandeliers to the top tier hospitality, we just knew we had to have our big day here. The food was great and our month of coordinator, Amy worked amazingly well with our planner to make this day special. Amy is simply amazing and attentive and provides the best experience. I’m so happy that we chose Foxchase for our Union!

Everything about our experience working with The Manors VA staff was nothing short of excellent. We chose Poplar Springs Manor as our venue and from the very beginning, even booking our first tour, it was well organized, timely, and professional. Throughout the entire planning process, even with uncomfortable topics like budget or payments, every single staff member was on our team and wanted to make sure our needs were met. Our wedding was spectacular, smooth, and so much fun! And we got a lot of compliments on the food, too. I cannot recommend this venue highly enough.

Rose Hill Manor was not only visually stunning but the staff was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. Lindsay Robeson, our coordinator, was probably the very reason our very long awaited wedding went as smoothly as it did. We were so incredibly blessed by her professionalism and flexibility. My husband and I were affected by the pandemic and had to reschedule our wedding not once, not twice, but THREE times! And Rose Hill and Lindsay were nothing but phenomenal assisting us through the painful process. Our final wedding date, November 13, 2021, was cold, windy, but so beautifully amazing. We had last minute changes but everything worked out only because of Rose Hill Manor's staff. We finally had the wedding of our dreams and we cannot recommend this venue enough. We had our dream day at Raspberry Plain Manor in early August. When starting our venue search last summer, it was important to us to have a large space to accommodate our guest count as well as a solid rain plan and RPM was the perfect fit. We loved that most everything was included in their packages-- catering, linens, utensils, chargers, tables, chairs, etc. A tasting was also included, and my fiancé and I were impressed by the quality of everything we tried. The entire RPM team was very responsive through the planning process and had an answer for every question that came up. Our month-of coordinator, Lindsay (born to be a wedding coordinator), was a dream to work with and helped our day run seamlessly. She took care of every detail from vendor coordination to reaching out to guests with special dietary needs. She even let us make the call about inside vs. outside for our ceremony 6 hours prior. I'm really grateful for that because if we had made the call the day before, we likely would have had our ceremony inside based on impending thunderstorms in the forecast. We ended up with perfect weather! Our 220 guests raved about how stunning the venue was, how delicious dinner was, and how smoothly the day ran. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day-- thank you Lindsay, Nicholas, and team!

The Rose Hill Manor was so great to work with. From beginning to end, everyone was so responsive, helpful and easy to work with! I worked with Tami to get our contract up and running. She was so patient with me as I went back to the venue with several people to confirm this decision. She walked us through the contract multiple times, all with a smile on her face!
I got Tori as a wedding planner, and she was the absolute best! Even guests at the wedding were talking about how great she was! She gave me all the documents I needed to make everything nice and smooth, was super responsive to any random question I had, and suggested a bunch of great ideas. She is also so sweet and so easy to work with! I was so happy with the whole team!
The venue itself is so perfect! We only had 100 people so it was a perfect size in my opinion! Not too big, but not too small. the room itself is so beautiful with the lighting and large windows. I highly recommend having your wedding at Rose Hill!

We had our wedding here in May 2024 and it was amazing: - Staff was awesome. Kristin, our month-of and day-of-coordinator, was a star and made things super easy for us, it was very clear her goal was to make the day as easy and memorable for us as possible and she totally delivered on that. - Bartender was also an absolute pro - we had 80 guests and only one bartender and he got everyone a drink within 5-10 minutes of the start of cocktail hour by pre-batching and pouring. - Venue was terrific, we had to have our ceremony indoors because of rain but it was still beautiful with lots of great spots for pictures - Food (including passed appetizers and main courses) was amazing and plentiful! We had several guests say it was the best wedding food they ever had. - We also booked the inn which I highly recommend for those considering it - getting to have all our friends stay on campus for two days was awesome!

Poplar Springs Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. The flexibility the venue allowed and beauty of the venue especially with all the surrounding trees made it an ideal choice. The catering staff was phenomenal, and our guests are still raving about the food, especially the Demi Glazed Beef and Salmon Pink Champagne meals. We appreciated being able to bring our own drinks and have the staff create our signature cocktails. The outdoor ceremony space was beautiful, and the venue provided a welcome table with water for our guests, which was much appreciated on the hottest of the year. The scenic trees, stone patio, and the lake added a stunning backdrop for our wedding and family photos. Laia, our Venue Supervisor, ensured everything went smoothly. Laia was so helpful during the final walkthrough, and the weeks leading up to the wedding especially with our last-minute questions. She was always quick to respond and clear with her answers. Carla, the Inn Supervisor, took excellent care of our guests. She took care of our guests at the afterparty and the morning after. Were really pleased with how the after party turned out, especially with the ability to have late night Domino’s Pizza ordered and to have a bonfire. The complimentary breakfast the day after the wedding was fantastic, and the relaxed atmosphere allowed our guests to mingle and enjoy themselves. Thank you, Poplar Springs Manor, for providing the perfect venue for our wedding. The Royal AV Group did an outstanding job as our audio and visual technicians. They provided two photobooths, including a stand and a 360 photobooth, which our guests loved! We appreciated how willing Angad was to work within our budget to ensure we had everything we wanted. Angad was our main point of contact and was helpful in setting us up with everything we needed. The lighting was perfect, and the music sounded great throughout the evening. Our violinist mentioned how helpful the audio/visual technician was in ensuring she had everything she needed to perform during our ceremony. The Royal AV Group truly enhanced our wedding experience, and we are so grateful for their excellent service!

Poplar Springs is an incredible venue. We had our ceremony outside between the trees and it was truly a dream. Inside, there is a ballroom with massive windows and a stone room that's a great backup option in case it rains. We had our closest guests stay at the Inn onsite, which brought all of us closer together and allowed us to do a little afterparty after the reception ended. The food was delicious. Our guests were actually taken aback and were in awe the whole evening because the venue was such a beautiful backdrop. Throughout the planning process, the staff at Poplar was incredibly accommodating, flexible and understanding. In particular, I would like to extend special thanks to Lindsay, our wedding coordinator. I cannot speak highly enough of her. She just knows what she's doing. She was efficient, friendly, always one step ahead anticipating what might arise, and had a light public touch on the wedding day despite organizing everything behind the scenes. We had a problem with our shuttles at the end of the night, and I didn't even find out about it until later on because Lindsay quietly took care of the situation without even involving us. The staff at the Inn was also incredible and very accommodating. Meagan, the Inn manager, is so sweet, a great listener, and was so invested in making our vision come true - a true pleasure to work with. Thank you Poplar!!!

My wedding at Raspberry Plain was an absolute dream. The venue is gorgeous and fit our cozy winter wedding perfectly. Our coordinator, Lindsay, was the BEST. I had far too many questions on the littlest of things, and she handled everything. She was so kind and knowledgeable, and made me feel like we were friends. I could feel how she was invested in our wedding like it was her own, and she ensured everything was seamless. She made it so easy for us! The catering staff did a great job, and the food was absolutely delicious. Special shoutout to our bartender, too! She was so friendly and funny. So many guests complimented the venue and food. COVID made us postpone a year, but it was well worth the wait!

Raspberry Plain is a stunning venue that fit my vision of having an indoor reception that still brought in tons of light and views of rolling hills behind it, even in the winter. Having the linens, table settings, catering, and bartenders covered in the contract was really nice, and the selections they had were great. I also appreciated all the planning and deadline information they provided upfront. It was important to me that all guests could be in the same room and mingle, and RPM had our guests dancing all night. I will say we couldn't have pulled this off without the help of an outside planner, as RPM's day-of coordination services didn't always accommodate our ideas easily and it was hard to book an initial tour. It also would have been better for us if we could have paid for guest dinners much closer to the wedding, as we lost a lot of guests last minute due to covid-related things and still paid for their entrees. That said, everything else went perfectly. Gala Cuisine staff was kind and professional. Everything was on time. It was really the perfect day.

Our experience with Poplar Springs was nothing less than amazing. We booked out the inn for the entire weekend for around 50 of our closest family and friends. The hotel had excellent service and was a great place for us to gather and celebrate all weekend. They even left us champagne in our room on our wedding night! Our wedding coordinator was Tori and she was AMAZING! She single handedly made our wedding dreams come true. Starting a month out she took care of all the coordination details with vendors and helped us set a timeline and floor plan. She was in constant communication with us leading up to the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding she was there to do anything and everything she could to make us happy and make sure things went smoothly. All of our many DIY decor items were set up so perfectly for us, we didn't have to do a thing! She was so accommodating and just wanted to make sure we were happy. We has our dream wedding at the most dreamy venue and couldn't have asked for anything better.

Our January wedding at Rose Hill Manor turned out absolutely perfect. I researched/visited dozens of venues (including the other Manors in VA) and Rose Hill was our favorite. It was perfect for our size (130), bright, airy, elegant, and more recently renovated so has a nicer/newer feel than some of the other locations. I also wanted a place that was more "all-inclusive" to take some of the work off my plate. I could not have been happier! The food was delicious and the venue beautiful, but what really stood out was our coordinators! Lindsay and Lexie were what made this experience a dream. We started working with them a couple of months out from the wedding date and they took so much off my plate. It was a breath of fresh air! They are warm, kind, competent, and the perfect amount of take-charge to keep everyone on track. Our entire wedding party loved them and I felt like I made two new friends. Wedding planning can be stressful, but the wedding ended up being the most magical day of our lives and I truly think it's because of Lindsay and Lexie. I was able to relax and fully trust that things were taken care of - and they were! Not a single thing went wrong. I can't recommend them enough!

Foxchase was love at first sight for us. The high ceiling, beautiful lighting, access to outdoor space etc. was fantastic. Above all the team at Foxchase are the best to work with. Special thanks to Carolyn, Cassandra, Assia and Ali who made the experience seamless and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate ever shifting plans :) Thanks to the team.

They also have the professional network that are amazing folks as well. So it was under one roof - table, linens, silverware etc. and the professional network that we engaged were wonderful. Everyone loved Nadia's decoration and she came up with so many ideas to make things better. The AV was fantastic, guests had a wonderful time dancing to the DJs music all evening. We used Chennai express, catering through Foxchase package, and weeks after the wedding and we are still receiving calls about how good the food was.

While planning the wedding is a long drawn process with so many unknowns, the team at Foxchase with their experience truly guided us and made suggestions that made everything better for our daughter's wedding day. Thank you Foxchase team - you were all amazing.

My husband and I could not have asked for a better wedding venue! Lindsay, our coordinator, was exceptional in every aspect. She captured every detail in our vision that we wanted for our big day. We could not have had our perfect day without her! The Gala cuisine catering company was a hit! Especially the mini grilled cheeses and tomato soup shooters. The venue had perfect lighting and gorgeous windows for a lovely indoor ceremony. We would recommend this venue, especially in the fall.

My husband and I had our winter wedding at Poplar Springs Manor this month. I could not recommend this venue enough. It is absolutely STUNNING inside and out, and providing such a beautiful, romantic atmosphere. We also did the inn buyout which made the whole weekend so special for our immediate family/wedding party. Most importantly, all of the staff we worked with were so professional and amazing. A special shoutout is due for our wedding coordinator Lindsay (I am not in the least surprised that she is mentioned MULTIPLE times in these reviews). Lindsay was a standout amongst all of the staff/the other vendors. She was constantly making sure my husband and I were having fun and had everything we needed. My expectations for our wedding weekend were far exceeded because of how wonderful everyone was to work with.

Foxchase Manor is an amazing venue. I can categorically say we had the best wedding coordinator. Lindsay Robeson was beyond amazing. She made out vision come to live and she made sure we had a memorable wedding. Everything was beyond perfect. She was always available to answer any questions we had and she will follow up with us weekly to ensure that we had no concerns or questions or if there was anything she could help us with. The support staff on the wedding day as well was amazing.

From our booking with Nicholas, to our tours and event service with Lindsay (thank you - you rock!), to their expert service staff on the day of our wedding, everything with Raspberry Plain and Gala Cuisine was top-notch. We had a large party with lots of moving parts, and we leaned on their expertise and advice often, and they accommodated our requests (and countless emails!) gracefully. We were looking for a venue that could hold our guest count with an indoor space for a cocktail hour in case of weather concerns. RPM met our needs perfectly and the ballrooms and manor rooms were stunning. We’ve only gotten married once—haha—but we think this is the best venue in Northern Virginia! We can’t thank the staff at Raspberry enough for hosting our big day.

The communication was great and they were super helpful. We loved the wood floors and the lighting. We did an all indoor wedding - but they do inside and outside. We used their catering service also - we never ran out of food during the cocktail hour or dinner (and everyone LOVED the food). We were able to bring our own alcohol. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Once we took our tour of RPM, we knew it would be the perfect venue for us for our September wedding. The beautiful ballroom with tall windows, and charming house with a large patio and amazing gardens/green space leading up to the venue was exactly what we wanted - a space that was beautiful in itself and would require minimal additional decorating, and gave us peace of mind that an indoor ceremony backup option would be equally as beautiful as an outdoor one. RPM is definitely not one of the cheaper venue options in the area, however these costs factor in a month of planner, reasonable access to the entire coordinate/admin teams leading up to your wedding for general questions and logistics prior to that month, all your tables/chairs/linens/plates/silverware required (with significant color and style options), bartenders and servers as well as catering for dinner and apps (gala cuisine catering). As a bride who didn't want to invest in a full time wedding coordinator, having all of these major components of your wedding handled by the same group made my life and planning significantly easier. You also provide your own alcohol but they provide basic mixers and NA drinks for guests like soda, coffee and tea, which helps with budgeting as well. Tori Tindall was our Venue Coordinator, and she was so wonderful, sweet and accommodating throughout the process and was amazing on the day of - our day went so smooth and seamlessly for us and the guests, and I know that was because of her. Our guests were stunned by the ceremony and reception space, and continue to rave about how great the food was. We went with a buffet option, and were a little nervous about going with Gala upon signing the contract without having tried the food first, but we had absolutely nothing to worry about -- the quality of food on the day of was somehow even better than from when we finally did the tasting, and buffet was perfect/organized well and didn't take a lot of time so our guests were fed quickly and were able to eat as much as they wanted. If it's in your budget, RPM was a magical space for a wedding day and we would definitely recommend choosing it + asking for Tori as your venue coordinator.

We were thrilled with our wedding day at Poplar Springs Manor! We had a fantastic experience working with Lindsay in the weeks leading up to our big day and the Gala chef, Chef Aimee, could not have created a more perfect feast. The staff were kind and seamlessly transitioned the spaces as we shifted from ceremony to cocktail hour and then from dinner to dessert and dancing! Some of our family members have limited mobility and having the Inn onsite allowed for a more cohesive and restful experience for them as we navigated the weekend festivities. We are so thankful that we chose Poplar Springs Manor for our wedding weekend! We made memories there that will last a lifetime!

As soon as we stepped into Rose Hill Manor we knew it would be the perfect venue for our wedding. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the space was. The ballroom was perfect for the reception and the outdoor patio was beautiful for the ceremony. Everything was exactly how we had imagined it. The planning process went smoothly because we utilized a lot of The Manors preferred vendors. All of our vendors were incredible and knew the space well which was a huge plus. Kristin our day of/month of planner with the venue did an excellent job answering all of the questions that came up and was very honest about how some things would work on the day which was much appreciated.
